For bugs, include your phone model and OS version, and a screenshot if you have one. It genuinely speeds things up.

My sign-in code hasn't arrived

Deadpoint signs you in with a one-time code by email — no passwords. If it hasn't turned up:

  • Give it a minute. Delivery is usually quick but can lag.
  • Check spam, or your Promotions tab.
  • Each code only works once, and only for a few minutes. If yours has expired, tap BACK and send a fresh one.
  • Still nothing after a few minutes? Email me with the address you're trying to use.

Managing or cancelling your subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by me, so they're managed on your device:

iPhone

  • Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Deadpoint → Cancel Subscription.

Android

  • Play Store → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Deadpoint → Cancel.

You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Refunds are handled by the store directly — Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google through Play's own refund flow. I can't issue them from my end, but email me if something's gone wrong and I'll help you make the case.

Restoring a purchase

New phone, or reinstalled the app? Open the subscribe screen and tap RESTORE PURCHASES. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID or Google account that bought the subscription.

Deleting your account

In the app: Settings → Delete Account. That removes your account and the training data attached to it. It doesn't cancel an active subscription — do that separately, as above. You can also email me and I'll do it for you.

Changing your plan

You don't need to redo the quiz to change your mind. Settings → Preferences lets you change your days per week, equipment, weaknesses, injury flags, trip date, or even switch discipline. Your logged history and progress carry on unchanged.

Injuries and safety

Deadpoint prescribes training loads and is not medical advice. The injury flags in the quiz add general prevention work and caution notes — they are not treatment, and the app can't assess you. If something is currently painful or flares up day to day, see a physio before training through it. Stop immediately for anything sharp or localised, as opposed to general fatigue.

Feature requests and bugs

Genuinely welcome — email me. Include your phone model and OS version for bugs, and a screenshot if you have one.
