Deadpoint for iOS
Deadpoint is made by one person. Send a message and you'll get a real reply, usually within a couple of days.
Or just email support@getdeadpoint.co.uk
My sign-in code hasn't arrived
Deadpoint signs you in with a one-time code by email — no passwords. If it hasn't turned up:
- Give it a minute. Delivery is usually quick but can lag.
- Check spam or your Promotions tab.
- Each code only works once, and only for a few minutes. If yours has expired, tap BACK and send a fresh one.
- Still nothing after a few minutes? Email me with the address you're trying to use.
Managing or cancelling your subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by me, so they're managed in iOS Settings:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap Deadpoint, then Cancel Subscription
You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. For refunds, Apple handles those directly at reportaproblem.apple.com — I can't issue them from my end.
Restoring a purchase
New phone, or reinstalled the app? Open the subscribe screen and tap RESTORE PURCHASES. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID that bought the subscription.
Deleting your account
In the app: Settings → Delete Account. That removes your account and the training data attached to it. It doesn't cancel an active subscription — do that separately in iOS Settings, as above.
Changing your plan
You don't need to redo the quiz to change your mind. Settings → Preferences lets you change your days per week, equipment, weaknesses, injury flags, trip date, or even switch discipline. Your logged history and progress carry on unchanged.
Injuries and safety
Deadpoint prescribes training loads and is not medical advice. The injury flags in the quiz add general prevention work and caution notes — they are not treatment, and the app can't assess you. If something is currently painful or flares up day to day, see a physio before training through it. Stop immediately for anything sharp or localised, as opposed to general fatigue.
Feature requests and bugs
Genuinely welcome — email me. Include your iPhone model and iOS version for bugs, and a screenshot if you have one.
